Pallav Bhuyan is a freelance professional photographer currently based in Guwahati, Assam. He completed his Graduation in Media Studies and his Masters in Photography in 2013. He is a LTA contract photographer for United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and also has been working on various projects of UNICEF and personal documentary stories ever since. He was a photojournalist for the Indian Express Newspaper, Delhi in 2017. His work has also been featured in `Creative Image Magazine'.

The main focus of his work is in documentary photography including news photojournalism, events,  activism, visual sociology.
